Updated June 2026.
5 machines, 24 MCP servers, 24 homelab services — last touched 2026-07-08.
I left OKX in May 2026 after four years building its fiat payments platform. Right now I am figuring out what is next and using the gap to build in the open rather than just interview.
The current focus:
- Going deep on agentic engineering: MCP servers in daily use, multi-agent orchestration, and the patterns that actually hold up outside a demo.
- Running everything off a five-machine, Nix-managed homelab (Caddy reverse proxy, Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, Pi-hole DNS, Home Assistant, ZFS-replicated storage) as a daily proving ground.
- Started writing some of it down. First post is up on the macOS bug that broke Things reads across every session; more in the works on the Nix control plane behind the homelab.
- Off the keyboard: two small kids.
